NEW ON THE SCOUTING DICTIONARY
	18.03.2003 New language, romanian added 16.10.2001 Guestbook. Now all dictionary users can also communicate by leaving messages to the guestbook. 15.10.2001 New database is added and totally new version set online. There are some bugs to repair (eg. language names) and features to be added later eg. a guestbook and see an example of "word page" which has definitions and synonyms for one specific word. That is why this version is still called beta. 15.10.2001 New lay-out and usability design are made by Paula.
